19th century silver bowl with glass liner

This is a lovely late 19th century silver bowl with glass liner.
It is engraved with I. & S.N. and the dates 1876 to 1901, probably to commemorate a 25th wedding anniversary.
It is marked with four English marks. They are four Birmingham hallmarks: maker's mark JW (probably J. Wilmot), a lion passant, the anchor and a date letter (worn, but it looks like the V of 1895).
Condition: Very good.
Height: 8.5 cm (3 3/8 inch).
