19th century iron Betty oil lamp

This is a rare sheet iron crusie lamp or Betty lamp, dating from the 19th century.
It was used to burn oil in the wick support.
The back of the lamp is decorated with two pierced plates.
The oil lamp with the wick supports is suspended above a second bowl.
The lamp hangs from a wrought iron hook which is attached to its body
Condition: Good, the iron has acquired a nice old patina.
Height: 22.5 cm (8 7/8 inch).
