18th century brass chamberstick with wooden handle

This is a beautiful 18th century brass "silver-form" chamberstick, English or French, dating from around 1750.
It is made of cast brass with a wooden handle.
The candle socket is seamed and screws on the pan with a coarse hand-cut screw thread.
It still has traces of the original silvering underneath.
Condition: Very good.
Length: 17 cm (6 3/4 inch).
