How to order
If you would like to order a certain item or just make an enquiry about it, please fill in the form below the item description, or send us an EMAIL with the item number and description of the item. We check our email several times a day and try to answer these within 24 hours.
If we have not replied within 24 hours, please contact us again at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will then inform you whether the item is still available and how much the total costs are.
When you want to go-ahead with the purchase, we will keep your item for you and post it to you as soon as we have received the payment.
The payment should be with us within 2 weeks from the date of order.
We accept all payments made through PayPal.com.
Money transfers can also be made through internet banking to our US bank account, our UK bank account or to our Dutch bank account, all necessary details will be provided.
Delivery charges are free on using International Recorded Mail (carrier is TNT post, which is a relyable Dutch postal service). This is an insured, trackable airmail delivery, requiring a signature on arrival. It usually takes 5-7 days to arrive.
If you wish, other postal carriers can be employed as well, with appropriate extra costs.
Unless otherwise stated, we aim to deliver within 8 working days after receipt of your order and payment (for delivery within Europe, this is 4 working days).
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 48 hours of your receipt, and then send the item back to us within 10 days of delivery.
We will then give you a full refund of the amount paid by you for the purchase, less shipping costs.
We advise that you send any returns back insured, to comply with our return policy, as we cannot refund you if the items are lost or damaged by the postal carriage system.
We cannot provide a refund in respect of any item you have broken or damaged.
All items are sold with all faults and imperfections and errors of description. We will never deliberately give any misleading information and we always refer to particular faults or imperfections in the description of the condition of an item.
